Well hello again. This recipe probably should have been posted a month ago but unfortunately a mountain biking accident resulted in a broken hand that has made blogging (among other things) fairly difficult. However, some coffee fueled inspiration today has brought me back out of hibernation and it feels good to be back.
This recipe is another take on the classic salad formula and I was really happy with how the dressing turned out. It’s been a while since I had it now but I recall the tartness of the lemon and rosemary making a great combo.
